Payment Terms:

A 50% deposit must be transferred at the time of booking, with the remaining balance to be paid upon arrival in Bali.
Payments should only be made after receiving a copy of the invoice from us, which will be sent via WhatsApp or email.
Proof of transfer can be sent via WhatsApp
Once payment is received, we will send a detailed invoice as confirmation that the reservation is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy:

If a cancellation occurs after the transfer, the deposit will be refunded according to our vendor’s terms (e.g., hotels and activity providers).
Any remaining deposit under our management (e.g., unpaid hotel fees) will be refunded. However, deposits already paid to vendors will follow their respective cancellation policies, including hotels, restaurants, and third-party service providers.
