Payment Terms:

A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance to be paid upon arrival in Bali.
Payments must be made only after receiving an official invoice from us via WhatsApp or email.
Transfer receipts can be submitted through the WhatsApp contact listed on our website, or via email.
Once your payment is received, we will issue a detailed invoice as proof of payment and confirmation of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation after the deposit has been made, refunds will follow the cancellation policies of our service providers (e.g., hotels, restaurants, and activity partners).
Any unused portion of the deposit still held by us (e.g., remaining hotel payments) will be refunded.
Deposits already paid to third-party vendors are subject to their individual refund terms and conditions.

Billabong is an Australian term that usually refers to a remote pool left behind after a river’s course has changed. Here, it is a natural pool embedded in the cliff. It is filled with clear water at high tide. And natural pools appear at low tide. The water is very clear and quite fun to swim at low tide.
2. Broken Beach
The place was named Broken Beach because it was the result of the collapse of part of the cliff. The collapsed part is circular. And an arch was formed at the narrowest part that bordered the sea.
3. Kelingking Beach
Kelingking Beach is located on Nusa Penida Island, a remote island with white sand and clear blue sea surrounded by headlands and steep cliffs. This exotic beach makes tourists willing to queue up to an hour to take photos.

 Verified  honeymoon Tour guide and driver was excellent but the food was average and the activities too short period. The worst is water sport and others was good. The most attractive is kintamani volcano, tirta empul, coffee plantation, uluwatu temple, finns club and tha last stay seminyak villa. Thanks to bali Sundram providing a good service from the airport to send off. Especially to the tour guide and driver were so helpful and friendly to us. We will come again soon.
