Payment Terms:

• A 50% deposit must be transferred at the time of booking, with the remaining balance to be paid upon arrival in Bali.
• Payments should only be made after receiving a copy of the invoice from us, which will be sent via WhatsApp or email.
• Proof of transfer can be sent via WhatsApp
• Once payment is received, we will send a detailed invoice as confirmation that the reservation is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy:

• If a cancellation occurs after the transfer, the deposit will be refunded according to our vendor’s terms (e.g., hotels and activity providers).
• Any remaining deposit under our management (e.g., unpaid hotel fees) will be refunded. However, deposits already paid to vendors will follow their respective cancellation policies, including hotels, restaurants, and third-party service providers.
