Term & Condition

1. Rates listed are for single or double occupancy per room for 2 (two) persons per room.
2. Third person charge will be including an Extra bed, breakfast with additional charge at IDR 400,000 net per person per
   night for adults including all the above benefits and 21% tax and service.
3. Children policy, will be free of charge for 0-5 years old (sharing bed with parents), 6 – 11 years old or more will be charge at IDR 350,000 net per person per night, including all the benefits, breakfast, an extrabed and 21% tax and service but 12 years old consider to adult (if they do not take extrabed will charge for additional breakfast)
   
   

Payments and Cancellation Charges

1. Low Season
   Period 07 January – 31 March, 01April – 30 June and 01 sept – 19 December the term as follows:
   • We require 50% deposit 14 Days prior guest arrival.
   • We require 100% payments 7 Days prior to arrival.
   • If there is no confirmation within 14 days before arrival, we assume the booking are definite and the term and
   condition consider to cancellation policy.
   • The payment for cancellation within 8 – 14 Days before arrival will be floating deposit for next booking.
   • 1-7 days before arrival, same day or no show will be non-refundable or consider full of charge .
2. High Season & Peak Season
   Period 20 December – 06 January and 1 July – 31 August the term as follows:
   • We require 50% deposit 14 Days prior guest arrival.
   • We require 100% payments 7 Days prior to arrival.
   • If there is no confirmation within 14 days before arrival, we assume the booking are definite and the term and
   condition consider to cancellation policy.
   • The payment for cancellation within 8 – 14 Days before arrival will be 1 Night cancellation fee.
   • 1-7 days before arrival, same day or no show will be non-refundable or consider full of charge .
